INGREDIENTS
Potato flake 99% (dehydrated potatoes, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides), stabilizer (Diphosphates), acidity regulator (citric acid), antioxidants (Ascorbyl palmitate), preservative (sodium metabisulfite), whole milk, whey, salt, vegetable shortening (palm butter, antioxidants, ascorbyl palmitate and propyl gallate).
ALLERGENS
This product is made with milk, whey, contains lactose and casein as allergens; the dehydrated potato flakes contain sodium metabisulfite and are processed on lines that also process gluten.
DURATION

Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep tightly closed, protected from light and in a dry environment.
